Breathe into Yoga

A class for those who wish to find a deep sense of ease in their wellbeing. Gentle flowing movements and postures and a deep meditative relaxation.

Block-book a course by emailing me. All classes are recorded so if you can't make a live class, you can do the recording within the next week at any time you like.

 

If you're new to my classes, you'll need to complete a questionnaire (below) before starting. 

 

Online Questionnaire

I offer private classes including family, couple or individual sessions. I also teach courses of yoga for companies, workplaces and organisations. I enjoy working with York Carers, York St John University, York College, York City Knights FitKnight, Converge @ The Haven and Clifton Green Primary School teaching staff.

 

I have helped people with rheumatoid arthritis manage their pain, increase their mobility and confidence through specially planned yogic sessions. I have years of experience as a primary school teacher and have a natural rapport with children of all ages.
