What is transformational life coaching?

About

Life coaching is a personalised programme where you and I meet regularly, usually once a month, to talk about your goals, anxieties and priorities. You set the agenda for each session which usually lasts between 60-90 minutes. At the end of the session, you usually have specific goals, actions or steps to take to help move you forward with your life.

My aim is to be fully present with you, to listen carefully and ask you specific questions related to the issues you're facing. This results in your thinking becoming more focussed and clear, with a sense that you are, actually, in control and able to make the changes you need to make in your life, either personally or professionally.

currently offer coaching with Yorkshire Accord and have successfully delivered CPD sessions for established coaches to help them reflect upon and develop their own practice. For enquires about how your organisation can be part of this scheme, just get in touch.

What clients say...

"Jenny creates a rapport and environment that allows me to feel comfortable and honest about the challenges I face in my current role. Jenny is a fantastic listener and has made me look at myself with clarity and positivity: her guidance has served me well."

Rob Youhill, Lecturer

"The best bit of coaching for me was meeting Jenny. Having space to discuss issues with someone outside of my organisation so I could find solutions and agree next steps has been great. The support, a friendly face and listening ear have been valuable in my development to see my priorities and goals and make me more mindful about my situation."

Lisa Davis, Hull College
